LWV TA Proclamation on their 90th year of existence.
The League of Women Voters of Troy Area is receiving a Proclamation celebrating their 90th birthday at the Troy City Council meeting. One of our members is older than that! She appreciates how important it is for everyone to have the right to vote. So do we. This is the 90th anniversary of the passage of the 19th amendment to the US Constitution, at which time the LWV was formed.
