Tuesday, February 28, 2012	7am - 8pm	All voting precincts in Troy	US Presidential primary. This is the presidental primary for the state of Michigan. Call the city clerk's office at 248.524.3317 or the secretary of state's office for more information.
Saturday, March 3, 2012	9am	Home of Pam. Call 248.689.2310 for directions.	Compiling They Represent You brochures. This is a workparty to update our They Represent You brochure which lists all the people who represent Troy residents on the city, county, state, and national level, with information on how to reach them, their terms of office, and their salaries amd nore. Call Karen for your assignment prior to our meeting to compile at 248.828.3470.
Saturday, March 10, 2012	9am	Lukich's Restaurant Rochester Road south of Wattles, on the east side of the street	General meeting (tentative). This is a meeting of the membership to discuss the upcoming consensus questions as well as get updated on the current events of the League and begin budget and bylaws committees.
Sunday, April 1, 2012-Monday, April 30, 2012	library hours	Troy Public Library 110 Big Beaver Troy, MI 48084	Library Earth Day Display. Natural Resources committee will have a display case at the library for the month of April 2012 to celebrate Earth Day all the month of April. Tentative subject: Close the Loop: Buy Recycled Goods.
Monday, April 16, 2012-Saturday, April 21, 2012	see website for hours of tours	SOCRRA Material Recovery Facility 995 Coolidge across from Meijers Troy, MI 48084	Earth Day tours. Come see what 100,000 residents can do to save the Earth by recycling all that they can. Tours of the MRF (Recycling Center) are very informative as well as interesting. Call Karen at 248.288.5150 to reserve your space to be sure there are enough guides available. This event is free and open to all ages.
Sunday, April 22, 2012	all day	Everywhere	Earth Day celebration. Celebrate Earth Day which started in 1970 by doing somehting to help save the Earth or attend a function which celebrates the Earth.

This is when we vote for US Senator, US Representative in Congress (11th District), State Representative, State Board of Education, University of Michigan Regents, Michigan State University Trustees, Waynes State University Governors, Justice of the Supreme Court, Judge of the Court of Appeals, Judge of the Circuit Court, Judge of the District Court, Judge of Probate, County Offices: Executive, Prosecuting Attorney, Treasurer, Water Resources Commissioner, Clerk/Register of Deeds, County Commissioners, Troy Precinct Delegates.
Tuesday, November 6, 2012	7am-8pm	All voting precincts in Troy. See the Troy City Clerk if you are unsure where to vote. 248.524.3317.	General Election. Vote for President and Vice President of the United States.
